Islander’s Luau Buffet Menu

Besides Grill menus, Islander’s Luau has additional buffet menus with different main entrée and side dish options. Our Islander’s Luau cuisine is made from original recipes prepared fresh and on the day of your luau event, by our chefs. Our menus are cooked in our professional catering kitchen, which is licensed and permitted by the county health department.

Our main buffet menu begins with our famous Hula Chicken, baked with our own pineapple-mango sauce and seasonings. This Hula Chicken menu includes the following:

Hula (pineapple-mango) chicken

Kaneohe Fried Rice or white rice

Steamed Vegetables (Fresh cut vegetables – never frozen or boiled)

Susiana Cabbage Salad – made with sesame oil dressing. (Tossed Green Salad with dressings is an option.)

Tropical Fresh Fruit Platter – 5 kinds of carved fruit, displayed on a platter.

Hawaiian Bread

Optional Meat Entrees include: pork ribs, Hawaiian short ribs, fish, sweet and sour meatballs and Kalua pulled pork.

Optional Whole Roasted Pig: Our whole roasted pig is prepared island-style and looks and tastes just like the one you had on your vacation to the islands. Don’t forget to also ask about our traditional pig ceremony.

Optional Appetizers: Egg rolls with sauces, sweet and sour meatballs, teriyaki chicken strips, mixed fruit, assorted Hawaiian chips and nuts.

Optional Islander Desserts: Fresh baked guava cake, pineapple upside-down cake, brownies and cookies (ice cream also available).

Optional Drinks: tropical punch, assorted sodas and cold bottled water.

The Islander’s Luau Hula Chicken buffet come with everything needed to serve including: serving station, chafing dishes, paper plates, and plastic ware. As an option you can choose our beautiful Hawaiian buffet table which comes with grass skirtings, beautiful Polynesian printed linens, a beautiful tropical flower bouquet and much more.
