Islanders Luau provided the on-site Hawaiian Grill, Island Props and Décor, plus great island entertainment for UCRs Anderson School of Business.  It was threatening rain the whole time and we even got a little wet with some light “tropical island rain”. Thankfully we worked well with the UCR faculty and they were prepared with canopies and everything else needed to still have a very successful celebration.
