A popular review site drives small businesses crazy because they only post a small percentage of the positive reviews that are submitted. Reviews that they think could be fake are pushed into a “not currently recommended” area of their site. We feel that if our customers went to the trouble to write a review, we should let them be posted…. right here. The second 4 year old’s party was an over-the-top Lilo & Stitch birthday party! Not only did they hire us to cater, entertain, and decorate, but they also hired an event planner who set up several huge tents with false ceilings to look like you were in the ocean with huge fish swimming above you, and also lots of wall sized Lilo & Stitch posters, an artist who sketched caricatures of guests onto coconuts, and she brought in special guests, Lilo & Stitch. My husband and I were married in a private ceremony in Maui and then we hosted our reception, when we returned home, in our backyard. We hired Islanders Luau to bring Hawaii back with us. They were absolutely amazing!! Several of our guests commented that when they stepped into our backyard , they truly felt like they were in Hawaii. The fresh flowers were very beautiful...the dancers were incredible...and the food was absolutely delicious and the pig ceremony was fantastic!!! The hula dance with me and my female guests, and the Tiki face number with my husband and the guys was unforgettable and super fun for all of us!!! Maril and his dancers gave an incredible performance!! We could not have imagined how our special celebration could have been any better than with Maril and his crew!! Our whole family pulled together to put on a big-time luau for Great-Grandpa, whose congregation could only afford a very modest luau . Thirteen family members came from all over to help out with grilling, catering, decorating, singing, dancing, and of course cleanup. Dr. Nathan Beck drove 5 hours with his family of five, so they could sing a Samoan hymn which their boys had learned in Sunday School while living in Samoa. The four and five year old boys also danced with Grandpa and Dad for the first time.

“We would like to thank you all so much for making our 50th anniversary party such a memorable occasion. The food was great; the entertainment beyond our expectations. We travel to Hawaii 1 - 2 times per year—and this luau was equal to or better than any we have attended there. A couple of months ago all of our children were at the “Feast at Lele” on Maui, and they said the dancers were FAR better than at the “Feast.”

The Make-a-Wish Foundation contacted us to help them grant a little girl her wish. She had wanted to go to Hawaii, but she was too sick, so they had us entertain for a very short luau for her with all of her family and friends.
